Refund Policy

At Ra Opticians your happiness and wellbeing are our top priorities. If you feel like we can improve on your vision, comfort, or style in any way, please let us know within 90 days of picking up your glasses and we will find a solution that makes you feel seen. Our frames are all warranted for 1 year against defects in workmanship and materials. House of Ra lenses carry a 2 year unconditional warranty. Within 2 years, we will replace worn or damaged lenses with your original prescription one time free of charge. Ra Light lenses and Kids’ lenses carry a 1 year unconditional warranty. Within 1 year, we will replace worn or damaged lenses with your original prescription one time free of charge.
